The present application has been jointly filed on behalf of Defendant No. 7 & 8 and Defendant No. 1.

It is submitted in detail that the Defendant No. 7 and 8 have reconciled their differences between Defendant No. 1 and them and that they have settled all their disputes and the Defendant No. 7 has accepted the gift of Rs.30,00,000/- from Defendant No. 1given to him out of love and affection.

of the Suit Property by Defendant No. 1 and with this amicable settlement, the Defendant No. 7 and 8 have withdrawn their applications bearing No. 9854/2024 and 9855/2024.

Learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of Defendant No. 1 and the Defendant No. 7 and 8 on instructions, endorses that the settlement inter se the parties is voluntary and without any coercion and they shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.

In view of the Settlement, the Defendant No. 7 & 8 are permitted to withdraw the applications.

The Original Draft bearing No. 538329 has been handed over to the Defendant No. 7.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

The date already fixed stands cancelled.
