CM No.22929/2020 This application is filed by the petitioner to allow the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition subject to issuing a direction to the respondent to decide the representation dated 20.01.2020 given by the petitioner (Annexure P-16 to the writ petition) in a time bound manner. The application is allowed.

The respondent DDA shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2020 as per law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks. The result of the consideration of the said representation shall duly be communicated to the petitioner. W.P.(C) 2149/2020 Subject to the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
