O R D E R

% 25.02.2020 This petition has been filed inter alia praying for the following reliefs:- "a) Pass a writ of mandamus and/or any other writ, directing the respondent to de-seal the property bearing no 21, Industrial Area, Shiva Ji Marg, Delhi-110015, which is sealed by virtue of order dated 16/09/2019 and; b) Direct the respondents to not to take any coercive action against petitioners and their property in terms of order dated 12/12/2019 issued against tenant of the Petitioners."

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the property was being used by their tenant and the petitioners have also initiated proceedings seeking possession of the said property from the said tenants. Having considered the submission made in the petition, the respondent is directed to consider the contents of the present petition as a

representation of the petitioners and pass a speaking order thereon after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from today.
