This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "i) Issue Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or directions thereby directing the respondents to arrest Mr. Tarun Sheinh, Ms. Rekha Shienh and Ms. Luxmy Rajput and seize their assets by invoking powers given in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, The Passport Act, 1967, The Companies Act, 2013, The Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018 and any other enabling Acts, Rules and Regulations, (ii) Pass any other Order or Direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the above case." 2.

After canvassing some arguments and conceding to the fact that this Court cannot pass either of the two directions sought i.e. direction to arrest and seize the assets, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks W.P.(CRL) 762/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
