This is an Application filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the challenge in the present Petition was to the order of reference, however, subsequently, an award has been passed in the matter. Learned Counsel seeks to rely upon the Award dated 14.05.2024 in this regard.

2.1 Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the fact that an award has been passed, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly a permission is sought to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 3.

For the reasons as stated in the Application and as hereinabove, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
