The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 407/2021 of PS Govind Puri for offence under Section 302/34 IPC. 2.

After addressing partly largely on the issue of the alleged dying declaration, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this regular bail application as well as interim bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court since according to him, subsequent to dismissal of the previous application, circumstances have changed by way of recording of testimony of other witnesses. 3.

As requested, the regular bail application as well as the interim bail application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
