After filing of the petition the petitioner concedes that some of the documents have been provided. He however submits that the remaining documents to which he is entitled in law are not being furnished. 2.
Learned counsel who appears for the respondent no.2, on instructions, submits that if the petitioner approaches the Officer Incharge of respondent no.2, his grievance shall be dealt with in accordance with law. 3.
Let the petitioner to immediately approach the concerned authority and in case he does so, let his grievance be dealt with in accordance with law.

If the petitioner, thereafter, has any further grievance, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. 5.
If for any reason, the documents cannot be given to the petitioner, let the reasons be assigned.
