The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly i) Issue a direction to respondent No.l to transfer investigation of complaint dated 20.10.2018 served on respondent No.l vide Diary No.2934 of petitioner against respondent no.2 to 7 from local police to crime branch of Delhi Police OR any other investigating agency. ii) Any other relief this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the present circumstances may also be granted in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents."

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that chargesheet has been filed in the present case and charges have been framed by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 19.12.2023.
