W.P.(C) 2151/2020 Mr. Gangwani, ld. counsel for the petitioner contends that the issues agitated by the petitioner as regards his pay protection and promotion are not being attended to by the University of Delhi-the respondent no.1 inspite of the representations made repeatedly. To this, Mr. Rupal, ld. Standing Counsel for the University of Delhi submits that the instant petition itself can be treated to be a representation to be decided in a time bound manner. Taking into account the respective submissions of the ld. counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the University of Delhi to treat the instant writ petition as a representation of the petitioner and on consideration thereof decide it by way of a speaking order

within two months from today. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter and the petitioner would be at liberty to assail any such decision taken, if he is aggrieved thereof. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
