The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "a. Pass an order directing the Respondent No. 1 to immediately enquiry regarding the arbitrary action of the Respondent No 2.

b. Direct the Respondent no. 2 to make all the pending payments with interest of 12% to the petitioner with immediate effect.

c. Pass an order directing the Respondent No 1 to suspend the licence of the Respondent No 2.

d. Pass and order directing the Respondent 1 and 2 to provide Rs 10,00,000/-for the mental harassment and for causing trauma.

e. Pass such other and further orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

When this Court suggested to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that since entire cause of action has arisen in Tripura and the Agreement which the Petitioner seeks to challenge has also been signed in Tripura, therefore, the best course of action for the Petitioner would be to approach the High Court of Tripura by filing an appropriate application, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to approach the High Court of Tripura by filing a fresh Writ Petition.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, is granted. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
