% 08.01.2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the criminal complaints filed by the respondent before the Trial Court was dismissed in default on 17.9.2019. Hence, the present petitions have become infructuous and he may be allowed to withdraw the present petitions with the liberty that in case the criminal complaints before the Trial Court are restored, he shall file fresh petitions challenging the impugned order which has been challenged in the present petitions.
