The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to:
a) Issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction to the respondent Company to grant extension of license of Hall No.1, Municipal Market, Karol Bagh, to the petitioner in terms of the Circular dated 22.07.2013;
b) Consequently, issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction to the respondent Company to de-seal Hall No.1, Municipal Market, Karol Bagh;
c) Pass any such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

In substance, it is the case of the petitioner that despite direction of the Division Bench in the order dated December 11, 2018 inter alia that if the representations are made by the appellants therein, including the petitioner herein, the Competent Authority shall consider the same in terms of the rules and the petitioner having made the representations on December 17, 2018, December 19, 2018, January 07, 2019, January 15, 2019, January 18, 2019 and February 06, 2019 the respondent has not considered the same till date. 3.
Mr. Ajjay Aroraa, Adv., who appears for the respondent on advance notice and on instructions from Mr. B.N. Parai Asstt. Commissioner states that the representations shall be positively considered and decided within four weeks as an outer limit.

Noting the statement made, the writ petition and CM 11361/2019 are disposed of. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order to be passed by the respondent, he shall be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
