The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "In light of the abovementioned facts, it is most respectfully and humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:- a.

Issue directions in the nature of writ of mandamus to Respondents to not disconnect the power supply in the Law Office till a case of unauthorized use of electricity is conclusively established.

b.

Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present application."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, there is an apprehension that electricity connection shall be disconnected pending issuance of a final order.

Mr. Rishab Raj Jain, Adv. who appears for the respondents, on advance notice, states that the hearing is being given to the petitioner and the date of hearing is March 18, 2019. He states that pending process of hearing

and issuance of the final order, the electricity shall not be disconnected. 4.

In view of this submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner states that nothing further survives in the writ petition and the same be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
