The latest Status Report dated 05.09.2024 has been filed by the respondent-MCD, which reads as under:- "Affidavit of Sh. Pradeep Kumar Chauhan, aged about 59 years, Executive Engineer (B)-II, West Zone, Shivaji Enclave, New Delhi on behalf of respondent No. 1/Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
1. That we are presently working as Executive Engineer (B)-II, West Zone, and are fully conversant with the facts of the case on the basis of record maintained and made available in this regard and as such are competent to depose and swear the present affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.1 / Municipal Corporation of Delhi in our official capacity as stated above.
2. That in continuation of earlier report filed by the respondent No.1/MCD, it is further submitted that another demolition program was fixed for 27.08.2024. On that day during course of action remaining side walls and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. columns has been demolished and made unusable. Photographs taken at the time of demolition action are annexed herewith as Annexure-„A‟ (Colly).

That further after the execution of demolition action on 27.08.2023 a Strict Vigil (Watch and Ward) letter has been sent to SHO PS-Tilak Nagar, New Delhi vide No, D/538 EE(B)-II/WZ/2024/AE dated 28.08.2024 with a request to keep strict watch and ward over the said demolished property. The copy of Strict Vigil (Watch and Ward) letter dated 28.08.2024 sent to SH0 PS-Tilak Nagar, New Delhi is annexed herewith as Annexure-'B'." 2.
It is thus seen that the demolition/sealing action has already taken place.

If the petitioner has any grievance with respect to any part of the building which, according to him, has not been demolished, the petitioner can agitate the same before the Special Task Force (STF) which has been constituted in pursuance of the directions of the Supreme Court vide order dated 24.04.2018 in W.P. (C) 4677/1985 titled as M.C. Mehta v. Union of India.
