The present Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition on account of certain inadvertent errors, with liberty to file a fresh petition after carrying out the necessary amendments.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, is granted to file a fresh petition within a period of four (04) weeks from today. 4.
