% 25.02.2020 This writ petition is filed with the simple prayer that the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2020 has not been disposed of.

As per the complaint, one Sh.Chunnu Khan, S/o Sh.Abdul Razzak is carrying out unauthorised construction at K-433, Gali No.4, Gautam Vihar, Delhi.

Let respondents No.1 and 2 treat the present writ petition as representation. The representation may be dealt with and disposed of by a speaking order within four weeks from today. The speaking order shall be duly communicated to the petitioner.
