This writ petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the Respondents/Delhi Jal Board to give a fresh water connection to the Petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as a permanent water connection has been given to the Petitioner and, in due course, bill will be generated and sent.

In view of the fact that the grievance of the Petitioner stands satisfied, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
