Petitioner impugns order dated 25.01.2020, whereby, the application of the petitioner seeking production of certified documents was dismissed by the Arbitral Tribunal. Petitioner also impugns order dated 15.02.2020, whereby, application of the petitioner for dismissal of the claim petition was also dismissed by the Arbitral Tribunal. 2.

A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents that these orders being interim orders passed by the Arbitral Tribunal could not have been challenged by the petitioner in these proceedings and the remedy of the petitioner, if at all, would be to assail these orders post the publishing of the award by the Arbitral Tribunal.

Keeping in view the preliminary objections raised by the learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies in law at the appropriate stage.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
