% 10.03.2016 I.A. No. 3254/2016 This application has been filed by the plaintiff No.1 under Order XXIII Rule 1 CPC to withdraw the present suit. The application is signed by the plaintiff No.1, her counsel and is also supported by the affidavit of the plaintiff No.1. The plaintiff No.1 is also present in Court. A settlement has been reached in mediation which is the reason for moving this application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
