The parties to this suit for recovery of money are stated to have amicably settled the entire subject matter of the suit. 2.
The application is signed by the counsels for the parties and is supported by the affidavits of representative of the plaintiff and the defendant and it is also accompanied with an Agreement dated 21st July, 2016 signed by the representative of the plaintiff and by the defendant. 3.
The counsels support the settlement and state that the suit be decreed in terms thereof.

I have perused the application and the agreement annexed to the application and find the settlement / compromise as recorded therein to be lawful.

The application is allowed.
