% 19.03.2020 The petitioner's daughter - Vaishali has been produced. She states that she has left her parental home and she got married to Pravesh, of her own free will and accord, and she is residing with him at his home. Since, Vaishali is a major, we explained to the petitioner that her wish has to be respected and she cannot be forced to return to her parental home. We have counselled the petitioner - not to take law into his own hands, or to issue any threat to, or cause any harm to either Vaishali, Pravesh, or any member of his family.

We direct the SHO, PS Seemapuri to ensure safe passage to Vaishali, Pravesh and other family members, who may be present in Court so that no harm is caused to them from the petitioner, or any of his friends, or relatives. The SHO, Seemapuri should also keep a vigil so that no harm is caused to Vaishali or any other family members.

The mobile phone numbers of the SHO concerned and the beat constable of the area be provided to Vaishali and Pravesh, and any call made by them shall be attended to on urgent basis. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. VIPIN SANGHI, J RAJNISH BHATNAGAR, J MARCH 19, 2020 N.Khanna
