The learned Amicus Curiae states that Ms. Shabnam has been granted bail by the High Court vide order dated 20th August, 2024. 2.

This Court has also received the inquiry report dated 25th April, 2024 prepared by the OSD (Rules & Litigation). In the said report, it has been stated that 'there is no cogent evidence to show that Ms. XX, Jail Visiting Advocate had handed over the copy of the alleged order to Ms. Shabnam. Thus, it would be a matter of investigation as to who prepared the fake and fabricated order and how Ms. Shabnam came in possession of the alleged order.'
