O.M.P. (I)(COMM) No. 70/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner does concede that a notice under Section 13 (2) of the SARFAESI Act has been issued to the respondents. Learned counsel says that he has no instruction as to whether or not replies/objections to the SARFAESI notice(s) have been filed by the respondent(s).

Furthermore, learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to inform me as to whether or not any further steps were taken under the SARFAESI Act in case replies/objections were filed by the respondents post a notice under Section 13 (2) of the very same Act. Counsel will obtain instructions in this behalf and place the necessary documents on record.

In the meanwhile, issue notice to the respondents. In addition, service be effected via private mode as well. Reply, if any, be filed before the next date. Rejoinder thereto, be filed before the next date of hearing.
