The present petition is filed challenging the order dated 31.01.2023 passed by the learned Family Court thereby granting interim maintenance of ₹15,000/- per month to the respondent. 2.

Undisputedly, the final order in regard to maintenance has already been passed by the learned Family Court. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition which was filed challenging the interim maintenance has become infructuous and is, therefore, dismissed.
