Mr. Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, concedes that two separate loan transactions have been dovetailed in the petition.

Accordingly, to my mind, since respondents No. 2 and 3 are not common to both loan agreements, separate petitions would have to be filed.

Accordingly, at request, counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petitions. 5.

Consequently, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
