This writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed with liberty to the petitioner to file a writ petition stating as to from which date petitioner got promotion from PRT to TGT and what were the qualifications for appointment of TGT and whether and how the petitioner had the qualifications for being appointed as a TGT.

The writ petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
