MAT.APP.(F.C.) 73/2019 & CM APPL. 11231/2019 By the order dated 07.12.2018 passed by the Family Court by which prayer made for keeping in touch with the 11 years old minor child through Skype/Whatsapp Video Call on Mobile, Laptop etc. has been declined, has led to the filing of the present appeal.

Mr. Mendiratta, submits that the impugned order does not contain any reasons as to why the prayer so made is declined. Issue notice to the respondent to show cause as to why the appeal be not admitted, returnable on 29th March, 2019.

Steps shall be taken to serve the respondent by all modes including dasti.
