The petition is for the following reliefs:
"A. Issue a Writ of certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction setting aside the Impugned Email dated 27.03.2026 sent by the Respondent No. 1;
B. Issue a Writ of certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction to the Respondent No. 1 to register the subject Application dated 26.03.2026 filed by the Petitioner under the Proviso to Section 8(2), PMLA and place the same before the Respondent No. 2 for consideration by the Respondent No. 2;
C. Alternatively, issue a Writ of certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction allowing the subject Application dated 26.03.2026 filed by the Petitioner under the Proviso to Section 8(2), PMLA before the Respondent No. 2, thereby impleading the Petitioner as a Defendant in the Original Complaint bearing No. 38 of 2026 and granting an opportunity to the Petitioner to file its reply before the Respondent No. 3; D.
