Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, has made a prayer for withdrawal of the present petition so as to take recourse to the statutory remedy of questioning the order impugned in an appeal. 2.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty as above.
