% 01.12.2016 The suit and counter claim have been listed by the Registry today for transfer to the District Courts, as the value of the suit and counter claim for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 1 crore. The office of the defendant no.1 is situated at Lawrence Road Industrial Area, New Delhi, which falls within the jurisdiction of NorthWest District, Rohini Courts, New Delhi. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.
