Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner prays for direction to the Respondents to release benefit of Ex-gratia Compensation as stipulated under Office Memorandums dated 21.04.2011 and 07.06.2017.

Learned counsel representing the Respondents submits that the Petitioner did not file any Representation before filing the Writ Petition, however, the Respondents are processing the Petitioner's Writ Petition as a Representation and final decision in this regard shall be taken in an expeditious manner.

In view of the aforesaid statement, no further order is required to be passed.

The petition is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
