By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 123/2022 dated 19.05.2022, registered at Police Station Special Cell, New Delhi, under Sections 186/353/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2.
After some arguments, Mr. Rakesh Chahar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application, but seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the learned Sessions Court. The applicant is at liberty to make this request before the learned Sessions Court, which may consider the same in accordance with its own Board and the age of the matters pending before it. 3.
The bail application, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submissions.
