Counsel for the appellants, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the above-captioned appeal.

We may note that the appeal is preferred against the order dated 02.02.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge. The said order dealt with EA(OS) no. 682/2012 filed in EX.P. 282/2012. Via the impugned order, the learned Single Judge dismissed the objections filed in the execution petition. 2.1 This application was preferred by Meena Rani Gupta and Nalini Gupta, appellants in EFA(OS) 7/2023.

We are told that the grievance of the appellants is against the order dated 11.10.2022, whereby, their prayer for impleadment and intervention application was rejected.

Therefore, quite clearly, even otherwise, the wrong order was assailed in the present appeal.

As prayed, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

Consequently, interlocutory application i.e., CM Appl.18902/2023 shall stand closed.
