The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') assailing the order dated 26th November, 2025 passed by the learned Trial Court in Civil Suit bearing No. 343/2020. 3.
During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition as suffers from certain technical defects. It is prayed that the present petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed, in accordance with law. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
