% 19.01.2016 Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that she has already filed her vakalatnama in the Registry on 04/01/2016 vide diary no.e-617. This is a suit for partition qua various immovable properties having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores and some such immovable properties are within the territorial jurisdiction of South District. Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (South District), Saket Courts, Delhi on 7th April, 2016. Date 01/03/2016 fixed earlier, stands cancelled. Ld. counsel for plaintiff would inform the defendant and ld. counsel for defendant, in writing about the transfer of this matter to the district court Saket for 07/04/2016 and copy of such written intimation would also be placed on court record.
