It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. It is always open for the Petitioner to raise all the contentions including those raised in the present revision petition at an appropriate stage.

In view of the fact that the FIR has been filed in the year 2019, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the matter more particularly when the complainant is not appearing in the matter. 4.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
