BAIL APPLN. 576/2020 & Crl. M.A. 4289/2020 1.

At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not pressing the bail application on merits, however, he states that the medical condition of the petitioner is not well as he is suffering from Medial Meniscus Tear Left Knee, and he is not being properly treated by the Jail Authorities.

It is submitted by learned APP for the State that vide order dated 27.9.2019 passed by the trial court petitioner is getting proper treatment at DDU Hospital where his MRI of knee was also conducted.

Now, the only prayer of the counsel for the petitioner is that the Jail Superintendant be directed to get the petitioner properly treated for his knee injury.

In these circumstances, Jail Superintendant is directed to get second opinion with regard to the injury of the petitioner from some other hospital and file the report with the Sessions Court. 5.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
