Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.77/2025, dated 26.11.2025, registered at P.S. Cyber West, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 308/318(4)/319/340 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 383/420/416/470 IPC). 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, in all fairness, admits that the case is still at the investigation stage and one of the petitioners is already on anticipatory bail. He, however, submits that quashing is being sought as the transaction in question is purely civil in nature and there is no criminality involved.

Learned Addl. P.P. for the State submits that since the investigation is still going on, the present petition should not be entertained. 4.

petitioners, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition at this juncture. He, however, seeks liberty to file the petition afresh once the investigation is over. 5.
