In compliance of the directions passed by the Hon'ble Court on 29.07.2024, defendant nos. 3 & 6 have destroyed the seized goods which were lying in the premises of defendant no. 3 & 6. Affidavit to this effect alongwith photographs has been filed and is on record.

On a specific query by the Court, ld. Counsel for defendant no. 3 & 6 submits that the seized goods was basically "Dry Holi Gulal" and which has been taken out from the packets and made unusable by pouring water on it.
