The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file afresh after the arguments on charge have taken place.

He submits that he would try to convince the learned Trial Court that the applicant was not seen in the CCTV footage giving beatings to the victim.

The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Pending application(s) are also disposed of.
