Now the applicant prays only for waiver of condition of surety bond and seeks to be released on his personal bond. Learned counsel for NCB seeks and is allowed opportunity to file reply after verification of residence of the accused/applicant and other relevant factors. Learned counsel for accused/applicant assures to file the residence address of the accused/applicant for the purposes of verification. 2.
