Learned counsel for the respondent submits that vide order dated 08th January, 2016 in CC No.2287/2015, the Supreme Court has granted three months time to the respondent to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject premises to the petitioner subject to the payment of entire rent and future rent for three months as well as filing of usual undertaking in the Supreme Court. It is further submitted that the respondent shall be filing the undertaking in terms of the order dated 08th January, 2016 before the Supreme Court.

This petition as well as pending application are disposed of in view of the order dated 08th January, 2016 passed by the Supreme Court with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies available in the law in the event of violation of the order dated 08th January, 2016. 3.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
