After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he would take requisite steps for the purposes of re-filing the petition before the Court of Competent Jurisdiction in terms of the observations appearing in para 11 of impugned order dated 07.03.2025. He, therefore, does not press the petition, at the moment.

In view of the above statement, petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
