O R D E R

% 21.03.2024 1.

The present application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeks extension of interim bail granted to the applicant in case FIR No. 491/2015 under Sections 307/120B/34 of the IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act registered at P.S. Subzi Mandi, vide order dated 02.02.2024 passed in BAIL APPLN. 4291/2023, further extended vide order dated 27.02.2024 passed in BAIL APPLN. 696/2024 .

Interim bail was granted to the present applicant by a coordinate bench of this Court, on ground that the operation of his father was scheduled for 07.03.2024. 3.

It is submitted that now because of some unforeseen circumstances, the operation could not take place and now the same is fixed for 26.03.2024. 4.

Learned APP for the State on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the same stands verified and now the surgery of the applicant's father The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case the present application is allowed.

The applicant is directed to be released on interim bail for a period of ten days from the date of his release, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount subject to satisfaction of Trial Court/Link Court, further subject to following conditions: i.

The applicant shall remain available on mobile numbers; shared by him with the Police.

ii.

The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make an attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner. iii.

The applicant shall duly surrender before the concerned Superintendent Jail after the expiry of interim bail.

The application stands disposed of.

It is clarified that no further extension of interim bail shall be granted to the applicant.

Needless to state, nothing stated hereinabove is an opinion on the merits of the case.

Order be uploaded on the website of this Court, forthwith. 11.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance.
