Counsel for the Petitioners states that there has been a settlement between the Petitioners and the Complainant/Respondent No. 2 before the Mediation Centre at Tis Hazari Courts and they have also executed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 17th March, 2025 to this effect. The same is directed to be taken on record.

She submits that in terms of the said settlement, the Petitioners have made part payment and the first motion under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed. She accordingly seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to apply afresh on the basis of the compromise between the parties.
