The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 assailing the impugned order dated 16th March, 2026 passed by the learned Trial Court in case bearing No. CS DJ 584/2021, whereby the application under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking amendment in replication, has been dismissed.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the present petition. 4.
