Learned Counsel on behalf of the State submits that the Chargeshees have been filed in three FIRs bearing No. 55/2018, 56/2018 registered at P.S. Connaught Place and FIR No. 86/2018 registered at P.S. EOW. 2.

Learned Counsel on behalf of 50 Victims has moved an Application bearing CRL.M.A. No. 23588/2023 for transfer of investigation of the two FIRs No. 55/2018, 56/2018 registered at P.S. Connaught Place and FIR No. 86/2018 registered at P.S. EOW to CBI, New Delhi. 3.

CRL.M.A. 23588/2023 Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. was filed on behalf of the Victims for transfer of investigations in FIRs No. 55/2018, 56/2018 at P.S. Connaught Place and FIR No. 86/2018 at P.S. EOW to CBI, New Delhi.
