O R D E R

% 11.02.2016 The present petition has been filed by the State under Sections 397/401 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 24.08.2014 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka Court, Delhi.

After filing the present revision petition, notice was sent to the respondent but the respondent is not traceable and not found residing at the given address.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has

submitted that in the present matter, fine of Rs.100/- has been imposed. Apparently, the matter is pending for the last more than one year.

In the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the considered view that no useful purpose would be served to keep the present petition pending and no order is required to be passed. Consequently, the present revision petition as well as application Crl.M.A. 1599/2015 are disposed of. P.S.TEJI, J FEBRUARY 11, 2016 dd
