Mr. Gupta says that memo of parties was filed on 2 March 2020 vide diary No. 333792. Mr. Gupta further informs me that the Standing Counsel for the GNCTD and the Commissioner of Police, Delhi were also served. 2.

Mr. Ankit Monga, advocate, appears on behalf of Mr. Aggarwal, who in turn, I am told is instructed to appear for GNCTD as well as the Commissioner of Police, Delhi.

Since Mr. Gupta says that the examinations, which were slated for 2 March 2020 went well, the GNCTD as well as the Commissioner of Police, Delhi will ensure that the same protocol is adopted for the remaining exams

as well at the 86 centres obtaining in the North-East district of Delhi. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is closed with liberty to the parties to approach the Court in case any difficulty is faced by them. 5.

Copy of this order will be served by Mr. Gupta i.e. the counsel for the petitioners on the Chief Secretary, GNCTD as well as the Commissioner of Police, Delhi. Affidavit of service shall be filed with the Registry of this Court, immediately, upon service being completed. 6.

Resultantly, the pending application stands closed. 7.
