The petition under Sections 11 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayer:- "a) Initiate contempt of court proceedings against the respondents/ contemnors and prosecute the contemnors for not complying the orders of the Ld . Single Judge in WP ( C) No. 6119/2013 passed on 19/4/2018 and orders of the Division Bench in LPA No. 308/2019 passed on 14/8/2023; and c) Any other order which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper and the facts and circumstances of the case be also passed in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents." 3.
